The villages of Miglianico and Tollo are just 7 minutes by car, with the closest village, Giuliano Teatino, approximately 3 minutes drive from the villa. The closest beach is 10 minutes drive away, although there is a whole coast line with blue flag beaches to explore. The Villa is built to enjoy the panoramic views of mountains, rolling hills and the sea, Maiella View's modern architectural features make it absolutely perfect for up to three couples. One of the main features of the house, is a double-height hallway, with cathedral windows framing spectacular views of the Gran Sasso mountain range. Bridging the hallway is a walkway connecting the two wings of the building. A large furnished terrace on the first floor is the perfect setting for an aperitif while enjoying the tranquil beauty of the area.
